Way Cool! I love depression blocks and want to make Quilt with them some day.
That would make a cool border -- but then I would have to do math!! LOL
great border you've created...
That would be a great border...isn't it amazing the things we create by accident!
yep, it sure would! I will keep that idea in mind whenever I get to that point on a quilt again :-)
Excellent border! Perfect for a scrap quilt, too.
Sometimes ideas pops up when you are doing something else. It will be a great border. Your anti-depression blocks are great. It will be a lovely quilt. And it's a great way to use scraps and recuce your stash.
Love that for a border idea
what a great idea for a border. I also want to make a quilt using the Depression block some time. A good way to use up scraps.
This would make a cool border!
Hi Jane
You may remember back in October of last year you left a comment on www.aftertheparty.blogspot.com, about the making of our collaborative quilt called "After the Party". I am thrilled to tell you that our quilt was one of the two joint winners of the award. My first quilting prize! My collaborator, Janice, also won "Overall Best" in the New Zealand Hoffman Challenge and this was also announced at our National Symposium this week. We are very happy campers.
they look lovely!
All your heartstrings designs are great. I want to make one of each! You're right these would make an awesome border. Lots of interest, and not too complicated to piece.
